  • When you register on our website, the system captures your country from the IP address of the computer you are using. The contents presented on the site will vary from country to country. There can be several reasons why an incorrect country is assigned to your account. Maybe you were travelling and registered from an IP address which is not in your country of residence, or maybe you are connecting onto the internet via a "proxy server". Should you want us to change your country of registration, please let us have your complete residential address and we will update your profile.
  • To redeem a code, you need to sign in to your account (or register if you are a first time user). You can then enter your voucher code on the home page, on the registration page or in the Statement section of your account. Please read our Quick-Start Guide for more details.
  • Yes, some of our programmes give you the possibility to buy credit. You can pay using a debit/credit card, or your Paypal account. Once logged into our service, please visit the "Buy Credit" page in your account area. Some of our programmes do not offer this - in this case there will not be a "Buy Credit" page in your account area.
  • Please email us at clubhouse@thefirstclub.com with as much detail as possible and we will investigate the situation. In any case we will need the email address with which you originally registered.
  • The log-in area of our home page includes a ‘Forgot password?’ link. A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.
  • You can view the expiry of your credits by logging into your account and choosing "statement" in the list of options under your account.
  • Your credits are issued with a defined validity, which has been agreed between the first club and the company through which you obtained the credit. Each credit's date of expiry can be verified in your account on our website. After you have logged in, please look under > your name > statement. Furthermore, you will receive an email to your registered email address, 30 days before your credits expire. Please be aware that we cannot change the expiry of any credits once they are on your account.
  • We comply with all privacy laws. When you register on our service, you are asked to approve our Terms & Conditions which give you details on how we manage your personal information. Our users are not sent any promotional messages, by ourselves or third-parties, unless they have explicitly opted in for such messages. We may send you emails pertaining to the management of your account, and as a confirmation every time downloads an item of content.
  • You can edit your profile at any time by opening your account details on our home page (once you are signed in). You can review and if necessary amend any item at any time, including your password. Your username cannot be changed.
  • No. The balance on one account cannot be transferred. It can only be used to download content, within your available balance of Points.
  • Please double-check the voucher code you have entered. Voucher codes are composed of three letters (in capitals), four digits indicating the credit on the voucher and a randomly generated string of 13 characters. Please check that you have entered the full code of 20 characters, for example: TFC0050A1B2C3D4E5F6G. If it is still not accepted, please email us with all the details available and we will investigate.
  • Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your credit for another currency. They can only be used against digital content to be downloaded from our website.
